Haydee Cantu-Manley, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in whole-family care at Favia Primary Care.
Dr. Cantu-Manley is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to the Algonquin and Crystal Lake, Illinois, communities and enjoys assisting patients in achieving a happy, healthy life from the first visit through each follow-up appointment.
Dr. Cantu-Manley takes the time to listen to the individual needs of her patients. She provides diagnostic testing and preventive screening services for acute illness and chronic diseases. Her patients also receive customized treatment plans that use evidence-based therapies to improve health and wellness.
After earning her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Cantu-Manley went on to fulfill her dream of completing her family medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois.
Dr. Cantu-Manley continues to serve the community by offering outreach services. She is also fluent in English and Spanish to accommodate the needs of her patients. When not at work, Dr. Cantu-Manley spends time with her husband and their two daughters. She finds joy in dancing, singing, and going on road trips.
